The right to publish under open access terms does not transfer copyright ownership to Guinness Press. Authors retain copyright in their published works. By submitting a manuscript, authors grant Guinness Press a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish, distribute, and archive the work.

By submitting content to Guinness Press including manuscripts, cover letters, reviewer reports, or contact form messages you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The content does not contain material that is defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of any applicable regulations.
• Manuscript submissions are original works not currently under review elsewhere and not previously published in substantially the same form.

Submission of a manuscript constitutes acceptance of our Service Agreement and Editorial Policies.
